The inspiration of the logo and branding

Logo redesign for LPM, which was heavily inspired by the Centre City Building. LPM had a previous logo including the building, but they were ready for a modern logo and new color options. There are arched doors and windows throughout the building, so the "M" plays homage to this.

LPM wanted a contemporary look for their business cards to match their updated logo. The icon symbolizes the rose window at the top of the building (FRONT)

Lamden Property Management runs a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and residential properties, while providing leasing, management, and maintenance services to their properties. LPM’s personal office building is located in Downtown San Diego. The Centre City Building was once the tallest building in the Downtown area, designed by award winning architect, Frank W. Stevenson. Built in 1927 with an eye-catching gabled rooftop and uniquely styled rosette windows, the Centre City Building is a distinctive edifice on the San Diego skyline and is designated by the City of San Diego as an historical landmark. Much inspiration for the LPM brand was drawn from this historical building.
